Ownership and history
BradfieldCleary is led by Bob Guth. Bob acquired Bradfield & Prichard in 1980 from Peter Bradfield and Barry Prichard, whose fathers, Percy Bradfield and Roy Prichard, established the company in 1927. In 2012 the company re-branded to become BradfieldCleary with Georgia Cleary then becoming a partner.

BradfieldCleary are proud to announce a Top 100 Agency of the Year ranking for 2018 Australia wide in the Annual Rate my Agent awards. We also won No 1 Agency in 2 suburbs - Darling Point and Woollahra which puts us in the top 7% of all agencies in Australia. This is a big award for a boutique non franchisee agency!
