BradfieldCleary has a long history of supporting the local community.

We love to lend a hand to those organisations that help worthwhile causes or that help make the Eastern Suburbs such an outstanding place to live.

We invite you to join BradfieldCleary in supporting the following sporting club and charities.


  • Real Estate Sleep Out – Youth Off The Streets

    On any given night in Australia over 44,000 young people are homeless. Cooley Auctions are bringing the real estate industry together to raise money and awareness for Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets with a Real Estate Sleep Out. Our team at BradfieldCleary joined this cause in 2017 and raised over $266,538.33 and was placed in first place as the highest fundraiser for this event.. Again in 2018 our team sleep out ‘rough’ on Bondi Beach on 26th July to experience homelessness for just one night and raise funds for this important cause. So far Casey Guth and Damian Dal Busco have are the in the top fundraisers and BradfieldCleary is placed 3rd highest fundraiser.
  • The Butterfly Foundation

    The Butterfly Foundation’s vision is to live in a world that celebrates health, well-being and diversity. Butterfly's mission is dedicated to bringing about change to the culture, policy and practice in the prevention, treatment and support of those affected by eating disorders and negative body image.
  • RSPCA Paws for Walk

    Robyn Buick our General Manager of our Property Management Department and her pug Olive are taking part in the Million Paws Walk Challenge as they want to help raise awareness to animal cruelty and to make it stop. The are raising much-needed funds for the RSPCA to keep animals warm in Winter.
  • Woollahra Public School

    BradfieldCleary is pleased to be a Sponsor of the Woollahra Public School annual Trick or Treat Harvest Fair. As a Woollahra local, Georgia Cleary, Director of BradfieldCleary welcomed the opportunity to engage and support the local Woollahra community with her assistant Alexandra Churchill at the Fair.
  • The Black and White Committee

    The Black and White Committee helps provide access to the skills and services of Vision Australia (formerly the Royal Blind Society). Georgia Cleary sits on the Committee and Mark Daley regularly provides his auctioneering skills at their charity auctions.
  • Merriwa Cup Day Races

    BradfieldCleary sponsored the Merriwa Cup Day Races, Fashion in the Field on Saturday 22 April. This is the 4th year the company has done this. Fiona Guth judged the entrants (male and female) and Bob Guth presented the prizes with Committee man Reg Inglis
  • Holdsworth Street Community Centre-Children's Playground

    The new Holdsworth Playground was opened by Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, Mayor of Woollahra, Toni Zeltzer and Member for Sydney, Alex Greenwich in August 2016 and has been dedicated as a healthy and inclusive space for future generations. Georgia Cleary generously donated the Nest Swing to the Playground to be enjoyed by all. The new playground will delight young children and families from across the Eastern Suburbs and the design incorporates special sensory equipment to ensure the space is also welcoming to children living with disabilities and sensory issues. We hope to see the new playground enjoyed by all in the Woollahra Community and were thrilled to be able to contribute to the project.
  • Habitat For Humanity Australia

    The number one not-for-profit provider of housing in the world. Established in 1976, Habitat for Humanity has changed the lives of people around the world. Today, Habitat has built almost 400,000 houses, sheltering more than 2 million people in over 3,000 communities. Habitat does not give hand-outs; they give people people a hand-up by building homes in partnership with families. They contribute labour and the deposit, and they assist with the expertise and financing. Linda Juleff from BradfieldCleary gave up her own time by travelling to Cambodia to help build houses! Bob Guth is the auctioneer at the Annual dinner to raise funds.
  • Make a Wish Australia

    Arranging for wishes to come true, Make-A-Wish puts smiles on the faces of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
  • CETOP - Nepal

    Bob & Fiona Guth assisted in creating and supporting the Inaugural Cranbrook Golf Day CETOP (Cranbrook Explorers and Travellers Overseas Partnership). Held at Woollahra Golf Club this event has been continued in 2015 and valuable funds raised support the Cranbrook Junior School CETOP projects in Nepal.
  • George Gregan Foundation

    The George Gregan Foundation raises funds towards building playgrounds in children's hospitals and training doctors to treat children with epilepsy and other neurological conditions.
  • Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club

    BradfieldCleary is the longest continual sponsor of the club (since 1977) which has helped mould generations of fine young men and continues with this sponsorship annually. Michael Rowles was the President of Easts Rugby Club for ten years through the 1990's.
  • Real Estate Institute Mentoring Program

    Bob Guth was delighted to accept a Certificate of Appreciation for being part of the mentoring program of young real estate agents. Bob was allocated an agent from Fairfield with whom he worked over the 12 month period. Bob is seen in this photograph accepting an award for his participation together with the mentee.
  • Cure Cancer Australia

    Bob Guth volunteered his time to the World's Best BYO. This event raised $160,000 for Cure Cancer Australia.
  • Sydney Dance Company

    Proud Supporter of the Sydney Dance Company at Dance Noir.
  • Taldumande Youth Services

    Taldumande Youth Services provide accommodation options and support services for all homeless youth, together with facilities for enhancing family relationships and responding to the changing needs of families and young people in crisis or at risk. Mark Daley has been the auctioneer at the last two Taldumande Fundraising Dinners (which occur every 2 years) - the 2015 dinner raising about $80,000!
  • Contemporary Hotels

    Georgia Cleary supported Contemporary Hotels entry into Variety 4WD adventure. This event is one of the smaller Variety run but all up the 20 or so entrants raised over $150,000. This all goes to a very worthy cause - they covered about 2,500kms visiting some of the special schools where the donations go.
  • Mother's Day Morning Tea

    Georgia Cleary hosted a Mother’s Day morning tea in the Vaucluse Tea Rooms to recognise the commitment Mothers make. Friends, clients and supporters of BradfieldCleary attended and had a very enjoyable morning.
  • Yalari

    Educating and empowering indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities, Yalari aims to bring about generational change. Bob Guth has contributed his auctioneering skills to the last two Yalari Annual Fundraising Dinners.
