Louise Granger Marketing & Office Operations Manager

Passionate about real estate and the local area Louise joined BradfieldCleary after completing her education at Kincoppal-Rose Bay and was originally located in our Vaucluse office.  After completing tertiary education and becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent she worked her way up the ranks to be the head of our substantial residential property management department. Taking leave to raise her four children she re-joined the company in 2006 as Operations Manager, overseeing the running of our expanding company. Louise has worked in Real Estate and has been a dedicated member of the team since 1985. As well as having a wealth of knowledge for all facets of Real Estate, Louise’s efficiency and organisational skills are pivotal in her role as Operations Manager assuring vital behind-the-scenes operation runs completely smoothly.

Responsible for rebranding our business from Bradfield & Prichard to BradfieldCleary in early 2012, Louise also undertook the instigation and implication of a total make-over of our office premises which has resulted in a significantly more efficient and harmonious work place environment. Louise is responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources; she facilitates the effective, efficient management that is so vital to our success. She has a natural understanding of the significance of excellence and honesty in business and considers the dynamic blend of people and a strong culture is the key ingredient to a successful office.

In 2015 Louise took on the added role of Marketing Manager, working closely with both agents and vendors she has an exceptional eye for detail. Louise ensures that the co-ordination of property marketing and BradfieldCleary’s brand presence is handled professionally and proficiently.
