Warren Davis of BradfieldCleary recently acted as my agent upon the sale of my late parent's property in Ginahgulla Road, Bellevue Hill. Mr Davis' advice referable to preparing the property for sale, its marketing and the choice of selling method was candid, professional and prescient. With hindsight it was completely correct, although I was not always persuaded of its correctness when it was initially offered. To his credit Mr Davis was prepared to argue his case-rather than telling me 'what I wanted to hear'. To my mind this is the mark of a true professional. I should also say that throughout the process Mr Davis acted with utmost integrity and courtesy and I never had any reason to doubt the sincerity of the information the imparted. Regrettably I am aware this is not the universal experience of persons dealing with real estate agents. However I am pleased to say that Mr Davis could not be faulted in this or any other respect.
